Assessment
Which nails are affected, how thick they are, how far the nail has lifted from the bed, and whether anything should be shown to a doctor first.

Painless reduction
A podology spray device thins the nail and removes crumbly, detached material. It cools as it works, so there is no heat and no drilling pain.

Cleaning
Debris is cleared from under the free edge and the nail folds, and the area is treated with an antiseptic.

Shaping and a plan
Nails are shaped and smoothed, and you get a home routine plus a suggested schedule — commonly every four to eight weeks while the nail grows out.
What this care can — and can’t — do
We are a cosmetic studio, so we want to be clear about this. Removing thick, affected nail material makes the nail look far neater, stops it pressing inside your shoes, and lets any topical product your doctor recommends actually reach the nail bed. Most clients see a visible difference after the first session.
It is not a cure. Confirming a fungal infection takes a lab test, and prescription treatment comes from a podiatrist, dermatologist or family doctor. Many of our clients do both: medical treatment from their doctor, and regular nail reduction with us while the healthy nail grows in. Keep in mind that a big toenail takes roughly 12 to 18 months to replace itself completely, so patience is part of the plan.
Not every thick, yellow nail is fungus

Helping nails stay clear
- Dry between your toes after showering and change socks daily (more often if your feet sweat).
- Rotate shoes so each pair dries out fully, and disinfect the insides now and then.
- Wear shower sandals at the gym and pool.
- Don’t share nail clippers or files, and avoid salons that reuse unsterilized tools.

Is this a cure for toenail fungus?
No. It is a cosmetic service that reduces thick, affected nail and improves how the nail looks and feels. For diagnosis and prescription treatment, please see a podiatrist, dermatologist or physician.
Does it hurt?
No. The nail plate itself has no nerves, and the spray device works without heat or pressure on the nail bed. Most clients find it relaxing.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on how many nails are affected and how thick they are. Most clients come every four to eight weeks while the healthy nail grows in; Yulia will give you a realistic schedule at the first visit.
Why is the price $130–350?
The range reflects how many nails need work and how thick they are, which determines the time (90–120 minutes). You get the exact figure before anything starts.
Can I continue my doctor’s treatment at the same time?
